BROKEN NOSE AND NASAL FRACTURES Blunt force damage to the nose, such as in a sporting accident, can result in a nasal fracture. A blow to the side or top of the nose can cause both nasal bones to become twisted and crooked, resulting in a fracture. When the top lateral cartilage of the nasal bones is shattered, it causes a twist between the tip and the nasal bones in the lower portion of the nose. Valve collapse and vestibular stenosis can result from damage to the upper lateral cartilages, making it difficult for a patient to breathe effectively. The upper lateral cartilages are bolstered outward with cartilaginous spreader grafts to restore normal breathing. πŸ₯ : The Seattle Rhinoplasty Center πŸ₯πŸ‘΅➡πŸ‘¨‍⚕️πŸ‘ƒπŸΌπŸ˜€ : Rhinoplasty - Nose Surgery πŸ–₯: https://www.seattle-rhinoplasty.com/ πŸ“ : Seattle, WA JM5G+M9 Seattle, Washington https://www.google.com/maps?cid=9453177782234914639 47.609206, -122.32411188 #rhinoplasty #nosesurgery #nosejob #boardcertified #facialplasticsurgeon #seattle #seattlelife #kingcounty #TheSeattleRhinoplastyCenter #rhinoplastyseattle #nosesurgeryseattle
